When You Said Hello This novel is about a young man named Trevor-Allen who starts out in a less than perfect marriage to Mary Mackey. She started drinking and becoming controlling Making Trevor-Allens life a living hell. Needless to say that the marriage, however, ends shortly before the end of the first chapter. But Wait! Help is on the way for Trevor-Allen. But first, he started work, as a Music/Youth Director, at a Youth Center, designed to better the lives of disadvantaged children, youth and teens. Some of these young people battle with heavy issues, with very serious challenges. Shortly after, Trevor-Allen started dating Sadie, shortly after they met. She turned out to be insanely jealous. Then she got involved with drugs and alcohol and that fueled many more problems. Needless to say, that relationship did not last. He later found out Sadie was pregnant with his child.
